PROJECTS
Infill Subdivision
Land is divided and one or more additional titles are created. The objective may be to create vacant lots or lots based around terraced townhouse or single home designs. Necessary service easements and legal access rights will be created where necessary.
Unit Title/Strata Subdivision
Unit title owners own a defined part of a building, such as an apartment, and share ownership of common areas, such as driveways, lobbies etc. A Body Corporate is created to manage this structure of ownership.
Topographical/Site Surveys
Detailed site surveys locating features for:
- Engineering and architectural design of future development
- Services asbuilts
- Rentable area measures
Rural Subdivisions
Large scale rural subdivisions or small rural/residential lifestyle block type subdivisions. We are able to use a range of surveying equipment and technologies to complete surveys as efficiently as possible.
Green Field Large Scale Infill Subdivision
- Large scale residential developments
- Collaboration with developers and consultants to deliver a desirable residential development
- Concept subdivision and scheme plans for consent application
- Vesting of roading networks, and reserves
